We utilize tools and processes designed to identify a leader strengths and opportunities for development. Then, working closely with the leader, goals are determined, measures of success are established, and timeframes and milestones are identified.

This type of coaching is provided to three types of leaders:

Developing leaders

These are leaders who are competent in their area of expertise and are valued by their organization. Potential "derailers" are identified that are inhibiting them from being highly effective. This coaching service focuses on providing feedback, developing a course of action, and practicing new behaviors.

Established leaders

Focuses on those leaders who are effective and wish to continue to enhance their own growth and development.

Newly appointed/promoted leaders

Enhances the leader's ability to assimilate into the new role/organization, establish key stakeholder relationships, and develop the tools and approaches needed.


Leadership Development Institutes

The purpose of leadership development institutes is to develop a comprehensive, systematic approach for bringing individuals together to enhance their leadership competencies and ability to work collaboratively. It combines both individual development coaching and group learning sessions.
